Tens of thousands of striking Greeks protested against austerity plans today (right near where I live) testing the government's determination to carry out draconian budget cuts in exchange for billions of euros in EU/IMF aid.

I've never been to Greece, but it holds my heart. I think if I visit, I'd end up moving there. I hate to see it go through such turmoil. Stay safe!!

I was hearing about this on the morning radio talk show that I listen to and immediately thought of you. I'm not real sure what all of it's about, but they were not particularly supportive of the protesters or the government on the radio show.
