  4. This is just positively wonderful!!! I used to have a boss that would laugh in my face too. He closed down our entire department nearly three years ago. So, I opened up a business of my own. Now I'm the boss of 10 great people and I encourage them to be whatever they can be. We have more power than we give ourselves credit for.
