I stayed up till midnight making this book trailer ... do me the honour of watching and sharing it? Pretty please with a cherry on top?

Thanks so much to Lola Demo (my mother), for letting me use her music!

What did you think?

  2. It's absolutely lovely, Jess! I especially like the way the music suddenly picks up in the middle. Great tension.

  3. Awesome trailer. I had to watch it muted though, so I didn't hear the music - I'll bookmark and return when I can use sound :-)

  4. Nicely paced, intriguing without being too vague. The credits zip by a smidge too fast; otherwise it's perfection!

  5. It works - the music, the visuals, the attention-grabbing headlines. Makes me want to buy it, but of course I already did! I agree with Laurel, slow down the credits a bit - can't read them at all at that speed and I'm a fast reader.

  6. Laurel and Karen, the credits go so fast because I couldn't find the way to slow them down in the program I used! LOL. It's okay, the credits are pasted into the description of the video on YouTube too. And if someone really is keen to read them on the vid, there's always the pause button :-)

  9. Wonderful, Jessica! The Book is such a mystery and you captured that well in the video.

  10. Nice! It's not too pushy - suble enought to envoke mystery, and makes me think "Hmmm..." - want to know more. Good background music - fitted very well and makes the piece...such a difference to have cleverly crafted music.
Thanks for sharing (and I've started The Book!)
