#AtoZChallenge: Gearing Up!

I'm taking this week off posting to finish preparing my A to Z posts for April. And guess what? I have a superduperawesome surprise for you all when the challenge begins.

Hint: You know how all my posts are going to be about music? You know how I'm a musician? Well, let's just say it is going to fit together very nicely, and you are going to benefit from it :o)

In other news, if you missed it yesterday, check out my post over at Writer's Digest discussing why literary fiction is NOT boring. Would really appreciate if you could share the link around too, you know, FB, Tweet, etc. Thanks!

A great friend of mine, Glynis Smy, not too far away in Cyprus, is gearing up for something else. A book launch! She is an excellent writer, so if you're in any way interested in historical fiction and feel like helping a fellow author promote a new book, please head over to her blog to see how! I'll definitely be jumping on board!

Also, the Homeric Writers' Retreat & Workshop now has a FACEBOOK PAGE! Please come like us! :o)

Are you preparing for A to Z? Looking forward to it?

  1. The A to Z Challenge is stressing me. I began writing the "O" post last night. My posts are also going to be about music, though I'm sure yours will have a different slant!

    Congrats to Glynis.

  2. Good luck with it. I signed on but won't have time to do it, now or later. We are about to leave for Oz where I have promised to help out with my son and daughter-in-law's new baby - not sure when, how long or how busy but doubt I will have much spare time. Hope it all goes well for those who participate.

  3. I'm trying to prepare but I've started one post so far! I wanted to have half the month done by now but I'm already stumped on B.

  4. Read Glynis's post last week about her book!
All of my posts are ready to go. (It was my goal to finish by this weekend.) Looking forward to yours.

  5. Sweet! Who doesn't love superduper surprises??? :D

  6. I saw your post over at WD--rock star! I loved it, of course. And look at you all posting on the GLA! :D

OK, and I absolutely LURV the title of Glynis's book. ooo... Must read.

    Good luck w/A-Z! <3

  7. All my A to Z posts are finished and scheduled!

  8. Oh, bless your heart, Jessica. What a lovely surprise! Thanks for the mention, and looking forward to your posts. I don't know how you manage A -Z's it would throw me in a spin! x

  9. Wow, it's so cool to have a tie-in! I am in awe at your organisational skills, I haven't even started my posts yet.

  10. Why didn't I think of this? I need a week off.

  11. A to Z? I would get too obsessed with it. Ok, I'll admit I've thought of it.

  12. I am prepared and ready. Bring it on.

  13. I'm ready too. How interesting!!!

  14. I am skipping the A to Z challenge this year. Just got too much going on and don't want to lose pace with my revisions. I can't promise i'll be here every day, but i'll try my hardest to be here a few times a week

  15. Yay for Glynis! :) And have a great week off.

  16. I have completely failed to pre-write my posts, so far! I have two full posts finished, and five half written. Bad co-host!! Congrats on getting a piece on Writer's Digest!
