Right. I promised before and after pics. So here they are! I'm so tired and behind on my work after organising my space, but ... I don't give a damn! Whahahahhahaha! (attempt at wicthes laugh there).
Before:
After:
Ahhh ... Now, I'm to shower off all that sweat because I actually had to assemble everything!
Well done Jessica on a splendid job AND you had to assemble all the furniture, seriously it looks great.
ReplyDeleteHave an easier day.
Yvonne.
i love it :)
ReplyDeleteMuch better! And looks so modern.
ReplyDeleteGreat job, but I'm surprised that you aren't overlooking that gorgeous scenery!
ReplyDeleteNo gorgeous scenery anymore. I'm back in Athens :o( Just grey apartment blocks to look at now ...
ReplyDeleteI can't help but notice the gorgeous dog is missing from both of the after pictures. It made me laugh because both of my dogs are currently curled at my feet.
ReplyDeleteGreat job on your space.
Beautiful! I can't wait until I have an actual office of my own! Your's is just gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteawesome! I love the color on the walls! (Been itching to paint ever since that one entry in Jen's blogfest)
ReplyDeleteVery nice Jessica!! I love, love, love the blue and purple walls!! And might I add that is the biggest desk chair(writing throne) I have ever seen :)
ReplyDeleteAhhh, that does look much better. Well done Jessica, enjoy your shower.
ReplyDeleteVery professional looking. Lovely how you have it all laid out. I must admit, I looked for your furry friend. :)
ReplyDeleteI love your office. I think it rocks!!! I hope to have something nice and my own one day!!!
ReplyDeleteCheers to clean offices!!!
More than worth the trouble, Jessica.
ReplyDeleteAnd your purple wall is something to die for.
I'm also a huge fan of the colorful walls. The new office looks great and congrats on getting it all put together yourself!
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful! Look at all that space you have now! I hope you get your work done sooner now so you'll have time to rest and relax! You deserve it. :)
ReplyDeleteLove it! Congrats on getting it all put together :)
ReplyDeleteNice job! Kudos for putting it altogether.
ReplyDeletewow, that was fast! You did a great job- I hope it halps your productivity level. It certainly looks more organised and I know for me, that makes all the difference! good luck with your deadlines!
ReplyDeleteActually, the before picture looks pretty darn organized and nice, but the after pictures look great. You have a fine looking workspace.
ReplyDeleteIn regard to my alliteration post, I was surprised that a few people seemed to take it seriously. Your comment was very short so I wasn't totally sure if you had understood my intent. For clarification's sake, I love alliteration and other poetic devices. I use them frequently--maybe at times to excess. Just in case you hadn't ever noticed.

Tossing It Out
wowee miss jessica! thats a big super duper change. now you could stretch out your arms and legs and get all the writing done and be all relaxed at the same time. i cant believe you did all that putting together yourself. thats sooo cool that you could do that. wheres my fav dog? you just gotta do a picture with the doggy in it. :)
ReplyDelete...hugs and smiles from lenny
You even cleaned the doggy right out of there. :)
ReplyDeleteIt was too neat for your dog. The clutter made him feel comfortable. Besides your colorful metaphors muttered while assembling slot A to wingnut Z probably kept him awake!
ReplyDeleteGood job. An uncluttered work space can make you feel more professional and more ready to get to work. Pace yourself. Roland
Oh, so tidy and nice. I love the colours!
ReplyDeleteCan you come do my workspace next?? :) Pretty please?
ReplyDeleteyeah yeah yeah, nice office... I'm sure it's much more functional, but I LOVE YOUR DOG! He had a Dalmatian/Lab mix for about 12 years who was the nicest dog EVER. I am missing Henry now!
ReplyDeleteVery nice space -- i LOVE the vibrant colors!! :)
ReplyDeleteEven your before is infinitely cleaner than my entire life! Ha! Your space looked lovely :)
